Founded by Iftida Yasar, obtained her law degree (S.H.) from University of Padjajaran and a Masters in Psychology (M.Psi.) from University of Indonesia in 1996. Iftida Yasar is currently holding the position of President Director of Persa Mandiri and Vice Secretary General of Indonesia Employers Association (APINDO). Iftida started her professional career in Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, AMROOS Law Consultant, Legal Consultant DPP Apindo and Legal Aid Society for Woman and Family.
