For many generations our family have been artisans of the City of Dublin; butchers, dairy men, bacon curers, fishermen, market gardeners, brewers. Our connection with the city is as close today as it always was. Our passion is to share new beer with my local area and beyond, to give something of us and our city to you. We were local, organic, recycling, making-do people out of nesessity, long before it was popular. Our beers are a reflection of our values, wholesome, of exemplery quality and really very good. We currently brew stout, IPA, lager and are always tinkering with recipes and have something in development. Let's drink beer our grandfathers would be proud of.
