My name is Vafa and I'm a life coach and an NLP practitioner. I help my clients get clarity on who they are in their core, what their values are, and if those values are congruent to their way of life. When we work together, you will raise your awareness to the deep rooted limiting beliefs you've been living by; and how those limiting beliefs have stopped you reach your full potential both on a personal and a professional level. You will imagine who you'll be if you were less afraid; you will unlearn your unresourceful beliefs and replace them with new fabulous experiences that will make you attractive to the people you want to surround yourself with. And that's how you become your happy fulfilled self. When you drop the armour and live life on your terms, rather than to please others and to fit into the many different shaped boxes that have been pre-designed for you. I enjoy group work and 1-2-1 coaching with adults and children alike. My passion is to instil a resilient attitude in our children and prepare them to deal with the unknowns they'll face on their path. Because they're the future guardians of this planet. They're encouraged to use a new set of vocabulary to build their own self esteem and resilience. They're given tools to become compassionate and wholehearted parents of the future generations.
