We are Personalising Freedom CIC. We are a not-for-profit organisation in Blackburn. We provide independent, empowering and life-changing services that impact directly and positively on local people within our community. We can offer help with: Personal Budgets and Direct Payments; Brokerage; Support Planning; Employer Support; Training; Information and Advice…. …and much more… To tailor these services to meet someone’s specific needs, we will fully understand: What is important to you; What you want to change and achieve; How you want to be supported; How you want to use your Personal Budget. During the process, we will keep everyone in the loop and ensure that all stakeholders are fully aware of key factors such as: How the person being supported can stay in control and maintain personal ownership of the decision making process; How the person being supported benefits; What will be happening at each milestone throughout the process and how the project is being driven forward.
