Personality Enhancement Cell (PEC) is the placement preparation committee at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, dedicated to equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful placements. We aim to foster career readiness and support students in making a seamless transition into the professional world. Key Activities and Events: Personality Development Program: A mentorship initiative where first-year students connect with second-year mentors for placement guidance, HR question evaluations, and ongoing support. Mock Personal Interviews: Alumni with extensive industry experience conduct one-on-one mock interviews, offering insights, feedback, and tips for corporate readiness. Mock Group Discussions: Facilitated by faculty and alumni, these sessions enhance communication, critical thinking, and awareness of global developments. Mark the Talk: An interactive event featuring guest speakers who provide valuable industry insights and help students hone their soft skills. Guilty as Charged: A national-level legal mock trial competition during Genesis, FORE's cultural fest, where participants showcase advocacy and debating skills.
