Perspective In Pixels

Perspective in Pixels is owned and operated by Bridget McGee Houchins. Bridget began her career as a professional photographer in 2011, graduated with a BFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco in 2014, and has her FAA Part 107 drone license. Her path as a professional took her from doing pet portraits, to products and headshots, before falling in love with architectural photography. Bridget spent two years as a full-time staff photographer for one of the world’s biggest tech companies for property management software, where she was the second top-ranking photographer in the company across the country. Her favorite part of the job was being flown around the United States to photograph and do 3D walkthroughs of large high-rise apartments with modern amenities. She has been sent to photograph buildings across all of California, Atlanta, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville, and surrounding suburbs. Her photographs have been published by the Pacific Crest Trail Association, Buffalo Exchange Magazine, Survivors of Suicide Loss, the National Foundation for Autism Research, and more. She is a self-published author and travel writer, having explored twenty-three countries, including riding a flea market bike from Vienna to Budapest, hiking 300 miles on an attempted thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, and sailing from San Diego to San Jose del Cabo.
