Persuasium (per-sway-zee-um) Persuasium Consulting was founded in 2004 to provide lawyers, experts and jury consultants a specialized, experienced litigation graphics resource. We are practiced professionals with over twenty years experience assisting attorneys with strategic graphics. We have worked on some of the highest profile litigation of our time and we understand just how critical juror perspective and persuasion can be in the courtroom. We help our clients improve their chances for a favorable verdict by taking complex information and distilling it down into clear, persuasive visuals. Persuasium Consulting is built around the extensive litigation graphics experience of Founder/Creative Director Vincent Plunkett. Mr. Plunkett was trained in computer animation and computer operating systems at UCLA, enhancing his academic background in graphic design. Over the past 20 years he has held key creative postions at the internationally recognized jury consulting firms, Litigation Sciences, DecisionQuest, Tsongas Litigation Consulting, and Vinson & Dimitrius/Vinson & Company. As an independent consultant he has created conceptual graphics and presentations for ZIBA Design, Nike, Adidas International, Wieden & Kennedy, and Mattel, respectively.
