Need Qualified Procedures? QSM can provide same day Qualified Weld Procedures to assist with your QA/QC compliance. We can qualify and update weld procedures to both Australian or international standards ie AS/NZS 1554, ASME IX. We can supply the materials, the venue and supervise the weld test with qualified inspectors then arrange the necessary NATA approved testing. Got procedures, need welders? We can visit your workshop or send in your welders to our QSM WELD CENTRE, and we will do the rest. We provide the materials, witness the tests and arrange the testing to comply with the appropriate standards. All materials for weld tests and training are supplied cut and bevelled as required. This reduces the amount of time spent preparing materials you to push forward with the job.
