Restaurants, bars, shopping malls, shops, at home dinners, hotels, I just go if SOLE can come with me and I saw how things are gradually changing: there are many families who have a dog and not just guard dogs. They are family members and the people I met had my same needs. They just wanted easy access to services. I realised that this social change was not supported by an appropriate service offer. I have also studied the data of a huge market that moves large amounts of money by leveraging emotions of those who love their pets and I have noticed that both supply and demand in this field are quite confused and users struggle to decipher messages that are often conflicting. So, the idea behind PetAdviser was already there, ready to fill a gap in a vast market like that of pets. The need for a place to gather and share experiences, to help others and where to get advice.
