Peter & Company Distribution

In July 2015, Caribbean Distribution Partners Ltd, a joint venture between Agostini Ltd. and GEL, purchased 100% of the shares of Peter & Company Ltd. In 2015, the company merged its Brydens and PCL food & beverage operations into a single legal entity trading as Peter & Company Distribution (PCD). Peter & Company focuses on distribution and marketing of a diverse range of products. The food and beverage division of Peter & Company covers a variety of dry, frozen, household goods, and liquor servicing both retail and institutional customers. The company owns retail stores including Wet & Cold Storage and House of Wines. Peter & Company represents a number of regional and international brands which includes Kellogg, Nabisco, Mars, Pillsbury, Philip Morris, Anchor, United Distributors and Vintners.
