OUR STORY Peter David Homes was established by Mike Holliday and Glen Eaton to create a development company that put its customer first allowing it to deliver homes of the highest quality. With a combined 40 years of housebuilding expertise, Mike and Glen have aimed to use their significant experience to offer development solutions with a focus on the wants and needs of their customers. Peter David Homes was named in honour of Peter David Holliday OBE (1947 – 2015), who provides inspiration to the Peter David Homes management team. Peter David Holliday was a veteran and pioneer who held prestigious positions within the property industry. He was awarded his OBE for services to the “energy efficiency in new homes”.
