Twenty five years in the corporate healthcare industry has provided the skills to master the management of enterprise and health risks of the most serious of life threatening diseases. My background has been in implementing HIV/AIDS and other disease management programmes across 23 African countries where we managed patients with compromised immune systems. In the past 10 years, I have gained indepth knowledge to increasing the immune response of the body to viral disease and chronic illnesses by implementing the science of nutrient dense nourishment, mega-dose supplementation and exercise science. I believe that the body is a temple in accordance with the scriptures. We are guided to care for the temple where the Holy Spirit resides*. This provides the foundation for dealing with the most difficult of health challenges in a natural setting. Every person has a universal gift to be well. What I share with with you, I have learnt over 23 years of being in competitive sports, 38 years of taking care of my body and mind, 25 years in personal development and a lifetime of being in the management of health risk.
