We are a state of the art dog boarding facility in Mumbai. We are the largest facility in the city and were awarded the best boarding of 2019 at the Pet Industry Awards. The key attributes of the facility - 1) Based on science and understanding of dog behavior - In a sector which has a lot of unorganized set ups, we believe we stand out because the infrastructure, processes and operational metrics we have put in place. A small example of this is focus on individualized care. We dont allow free interaction between dogs. Feeding, Playtime and walks - all are done individually. 2) Infrastructure - Petfelix is in the heart of the city and spread across 6400 sq ft of space. Dogs stay in their individual kennels, which are 50 sq ft in size and are centrally air-conditioned. There is a separate 2500 sq ft playarea for dogs exercise and recreation. 2) Run by professionals - The place is owned and run by a seasoned ( 14 yr of corporate experience) professional with multiple canine care certifications. 3) Dog to staff ratio - we maintain a dog to staff ratio of 5:1, to ensure good care. 4) Customized care - Each dog who stays with us has its own schedule and food choices. We don't impose our schedule or food on the dogs. 5) Transparency - The facility has 54 cameras and 4 videos are shared with owners everyday. 6) Part of Pvt. Ltd. company with ambitions to foray into other aspects of Pet care as well.
