Well, it all started when owner Katie couldn't find good quality products in the UK for her two Miniature Schnauzer dogs. Having to find each independent store was tricky and she didn't know what were the best products, which ones to trust and often ended up struggling where to find relevant products. Ultimately she wanted to support the best of British, but didn't know where to start in finding that for her dogs. So, in August 2017, Katie founded PetJam. The idea behind the brand was to 'jam'(or stick) all independent British products together in one handy location to allow for all pet lovers to find trusted British products that were actually beneficial to their pets. Launching a pet marketplace, the online shop allows independent brands to join PetJam easily, whilst also permitting plenty of testing of the products before committing to their launch. If our pet-parents are not happy with the products, we simply don't list them. It really is as straightforward as that!
