Petrogas Basin Ltd

RH Petrogas Limited ("RHP") is an independent upstream oil and gas company headquartered in Singapore and listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange. RHP and its subsidiaries (the "Group") operate across the full range of upstream activities covering the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources. Geographically, the Group is focused in the ASEAN region. The Group is the operator of two producing upstream assets located in Indonesia. These assets have been awarded to the Group and its partners under production sharing contracts ("PSCs") entered into with SKK Migas (Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi), a task force under the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on behalf of the Government of Indonesia. Under the PSCs, the Group and its partners are contractors to the host government and bear the risk and cost for the exploration and production of oil and gas resources in exchange for a share of the production. The Group seeks to grow its business organically through the monetisation of undeveloped discoveries within the existing assets, the deployment of enhanced oil recovery ("EOR") techniques, in-fill drillings as well as through further exploration and appraisal of the remaining prospects and leads within the blocks. In addition, the Group seeks to grow and diversify its asset base through acquisitions, and is constantly on the lookout for market opportunities which are aligned with its long-term strategies. The Group will leverage on its regional expertise and experience to grow and expand in the Asia oil and gas market. RHP aspires to be a leading independent energy company in the ASEAN region.
