PetroMas World is a young and innovative company, we stand for man and safety. In the Oil- and petrochemical industry are employees of companies wich still use conventional quick locking couplings exposed to extreme safety hazards by unlocking couplings on systems under pressure. As it is often impossible to determine whether or not there is still any pressure on the system, and often the accumulated pressure is still present in these systems, without being able to bleedoff the pressure in a safe manner. This residual pressure will shoot the coupling of the pressure system. This phenomenon has, over the years often led to personal accidents, even fatal. When opening our patented Dutch development the Bajolock, the pressure is first caught in a safety and automatically equalised. Any potentially harmful rest materials in the system are automatically discarded away from the operator, after which the Bajolock can be easily and safely uncoupled with a short twist. After a long period of development and testing we can proudly say that the Bajolock is the new safety standard in the Oil and Petrochemical industry. Not only is the Bajolock extremely safe, it has many other benefits to the Petrochemical industry such as better Company Performance and a potential reduction in insurance premiums.
