Petrow Food Group is a BRC accredited company and supplies a wide range of dried fruit products to a variety of companies, from blue chip companies to artisan manufacturers of muesli, pickles, sauces, ready meals and bakery products. Our Nut products are processed in our Haverhill factory where we Roast, Toast, Heat treat, nib, grind, slice, paste all nuts including Almond, Walnut, Cashew, Pistachio, Pecan, Hazelnut, our A grade BRC site is Peanut Free, we are unique in being a Nut processor that is peanut free and our Nut butters plant is proving very popular, as we can manufacture smaller production runs and bespoke products. Our Dried Fruits are processed in both Haverhill and Perivale where we, Dice, slice, paste, flour roll, laser clean dried fruits including Dates, Figs, Apricots, Prunes, Cranberries, our cleaning lines incorporate Laser Scanners, X-ray, Throat metal detectors, burn units and metal detectors to ensure a quality product free from contaminants. The Coconut plant Sweetens and Tenderises coconut, we make Long Thread, Toasted Chip, Creamed Coconut The company can also contract pack ambient products for leading UK supermarket brands and own label brands as well as wholesale or food service customers in the UK and overseas.
