After 38 years of trial practice, I formed my own firm to devote to my growing practice of mediation and arbitration. Given my experience as both a defense lawyer, and as plaintiffs' lawyer, and also as a mediator since the certification process began in the mid 1990's, I have a unique perspective on settling lawsuits. I have been involved in hundreds of Mediations in Minnesota, California, Arizona, New York, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Louisiana, Utah, Washington, and Washington DC. The case have ranged from below to the tens of millions of dollars, and often involve medical or scientific issues that I understand due to my trial background in medical malpractice, mass torts, and products liability.
