PhantaField is a deep-tech semiconductor company pioneering 2D transition-metal dichalcogenide (TMD) technology for next-generation computing. We build low-temperature PP-MOCVD platforms and monolithic 3D embedded memory architectures that unlock performance scaling beyond the limits of silicon. What We Do World’s First 12-inch PP-MOCVD Platform for 2D TMDs PhantaField develops production-grade plasma- and photon-enhanced MOCVD systems capable of growing wafer-scale 2D TMD films at CMOS-compatible temperatures (<450°C).
