Most factories still plan production manually, in spreadsheets, on whiteboards, or with tools that need hours of manual rework every time a machine breaks down or an order changes. AiPS changes that. Our AI-powered planning and scheduling software AiPS creates and updates production schedules automatically, within seconds. By connecting directly to your existing ERP and MES systems, AiPS uses real-time data to continuously adapt and optimize production schedules to match your KPIs. With the built-in KPI dashboard, planning teams get full visibility into machine utilization, bottlenecks, on-time delivery, and more — and can test and compare different scheduling scenarios before committing. AiPS typically delivers 10-30% more production capacity and 30% better on-time delivery, and usually pays for itself within 6 months. We're an international team based in Berlin, working with manufacturers across Europe, the US, and beyond. Curious what this looks like for your factory? Let's connect!
