Heritage In 2002, Pharos Leadership was founded in Sydney, Australia. Pharos Leadership is an Executive Coaching firm and an evidence-based informed practice. Pharos Leadership developed its market presence and client base in all major cities around Australia & New Zealand. In 2007, we started operating in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Pharos Leadership has developed a large pool of accredited coaches who are trained based on our structured Executive Coach Development Program (ECDP). In 2014, we obtained the only nationally, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) accredited Diploma of Executive Coaching for Personal Development.
