Pharus Management Lux SA is a third-party Management Company based in Luxembourg, founded in 2012, authorised by the CSSF to manage UCITS funds and, as AIFM, alternative funds and hedge funds. A team of professionals able to provide with the maximum effectiveness and efficiency a wide range of services such as investment management, fund administration and accounting, distribution, risk, compliance, corporate governance and legal support. Pharus Management Lux SA is part of Pharus Group, born in 1998 with Pharus Management SA, a Swiss Asset Management Company, initially specialised in the management of private clients, in 2007 was one of the first companies authorised by FINMA, in accordance with the CISA, to manage collective capital investments schemes.
