Phase Advanced Sensor Systems Corp

Phase Sensors is a small Alberta corporation based in Edmonton, Alberta. We build high resolution (0.002psi) high accuracy (0.02%F.S.) pressure sensors for microfluidics. Our design is uniquely suited for microfluidic experiments as it has a very low deadvolume of 74µL and process fluid can flow through the sensor, removing the need for a T connector and a dead end in your system. We microfabricate our own resonant single crystal quartz sensor elements in a class 10 cleanroom that enable this exceptional performance.
