Phase2Phase Biopharma is a privately held Swedish company founded in 2017 by Svante Almkvist and Andreas Gretander. The business model comprises three interlaced business streams; Consulting/Strategic assignments, Partnerships/Strategic Investments and Manufacturing. The Consulting stream offers senior level expertise in CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Control) for pharmaceutical and biotech industry within the areas of research, development as well as life cycle management of already commercialized products. Common assignments are due diligence, strategic sourcing, technology transfer and project management. In the Partnership stream we capitalize in strategic investments, mainly small start-ups within the field of biologics. The Manufacturing stream will focus on the manufacturing of IMP material for clinical trials. In our future GMP “time-shared facility” we will work with a small number of strategically selected customers for a long period of time.
