PhD Career Academy is an organization dedicated to guiding PhDs, academics, and other highly educated individuals to successful careers outside of academia through coaching, training, and mentoring. We’ve seen first-hand the challenges in academia that have greatly restricted tenured track PhD level employment. Far too many PhDs struggle to make a transition into other fulfilling careers.
