Phenomix

Phenomix is a new tool developed by ViewPoint to assess now and future needs of plant phenotyping. Phenomix relies on an industrial design to maximize high throughput image analysis and supervision of the automated system. ViewPoint's expertise relies on their tracking systems with over image processing systems installed in academia and industry to offer solutions to manage experiment protocols, data handling and reporting. With Phenomix, one can implement its own image processing algorithm, tune it the best way and then code it to make it quicker.
