The PHGD Group, created and led by John Crowley, provides ideas to make sense of environmental challenges, advice and support for institutions to manage environmental transition, and practical energy solutions to produce better and consume less. The Group comprises three companies - PHGD, a hub for ideas and partnerships on environmental transition, supporting local authorities in their adaptation strategies- Hagrath, 53,3% owned by PHGD, which chairs the Board. Hagrath works on territorial transformation and regeneration through consultancy and training- Flexeole, 32,1% owned by PHGD, which chairs the Board. Flexeole develops and distributes innovative wind power solutions. PHGD also has stakes in or strategic partnerships with - UCS Group, which develops and distributes electricity consumption management solutions based on smart control of appliances and networks- Ki-Tech, which distributes the innovative KPP magnetic technology- TrustInside, which develops ideas, concepts and methods around trust through advice and institutional support- Soleilpourtous, which sells innovative plug & play solar panels - no installation, no hassle. In addition, PHGD operates in partnership with two non-profit associations: Catharsis, which reflects on regenerative practices, and the French Committee of the Club of Rome, which promotes anticipatory thinking on the big issues of today and tomorrow.
