Founded in 2005, Phi Management is a niche management consulting firm that specialises in leadership assessment and development, with a focus on human capability. Our mission is to create hands-on, impactful solutions that drive measurable results for organisations. With offices in Beirut, Riyadh, and London, we serve a diverse portfolio of more than 180 clients across various sectors. At Phi Management, we excel in three main practices: Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development, and Organisational Transformation. Relying on behavioural science, our range of tailored assessment instruments, psychometric tests, and Phi’s own 360 Quest survey platform complement our suite of assessment tools. Our leadership learning programmes are supported by a variety of digital methodologies to meet the needs of an emerging Gen Z workforce. These include gamification, simulation, and experiential learning, with opportunities for our clients to explore the Metaverse and AR/VR. Our teams of assessors, facilitators, and Executive Coaches, many of whom are fluent in both Arabic and English, bring diverse expertise, enabling us to work effectively across a range of cultural environments.
