a management consultancy business which helps SME companies achieve certification to ISO9001 and ISO14001 and provides ongoing support for the management systems after accreditation. Achieving these standards can be a prerequisite when pidding for public contracts and supplying to large customers I look at the management procedures already in place and build on those or I build them from scratch. I carry out the internal audits and assist the Senior Management with the required management reviews. This will then be followed by me organising for the company to be certified to the Standard(s) by a UKAS approved company. I have the support of 5 additional consultants who can work with a wide range of businesses covering most of England and Wales.
