Phillippi Engineering, Inc. is a mid-sized Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm based in Vacaville, California. Our firm was established in 1970 and expanded through acquisition to its present configuration of Phillippi Engineering, Inc. in 1983. Our primary expertise is in the fields of civil engineering design and land surveying. Our experience includes master planning studies, feasibility studies, utility studies, plan checking services, benefit / assessment districts, planning, boundary resolution, mapping, land planning, preliminary and final design and construction staking of infrastructure, water, sewer, storm drain, regional detention facilities, parks, community facilities, and environmental mitigation / restoration. Projects which our offices has been involved in have included Highway, USBR Reservoir storage & failure analysis, redevelopment, major retail centers, master planned residential subdivision entitlement and final design, 120±acre-ft storm water detention facilities, regional benefit district development. We have experience working within the challenges of hillside, to flat land and out into the delta in both rural and urban settings. PEI has a dedicated staff of professional civil engineers, professional land surveyors, skilled technicians and support staff to successfully complete civil engineering and land surveying projects of all complexities. Our experience in surveying and civil design is particularly important to the successful implementation of the proposed projects.
