We are able to counsel clients on a range of communications regulatory issues, consumer disclosures and similar business issues. Our team provides counsel and insights for clients on compliance, advocacy and litigation encounters with the TCPA as well as with E911 rules and obligations. As clients work to advance broadband and Telehealth deployment, we help them access FCC, NTIA and other government grant programs. And when it comes to growth opportunities, we also support mergers and acquisitions in the communications marketplace.
