Jennifer Phillips, owner/broker, established Phillips Real Estate in after having served as a sales agent for many years. Jennifer works successfully with owners and has both listed and sold a variety of properties including vacant land, developed properties, Champlin Farm and the Plains. Her broad knowledge of the real estate market reaffirms the ongoing success of her office. The office sustains membership with the RI Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
