PhiloMetron, Inc, is a medical technology accelerator focused on developing therapeutic management systems for large unmet quality of life and healthcare needs. PhiloMetron creates a separate legal entity -"spinout"- at key valuation and technology readiness points of clinical development. PhiloMetron's first spinout, Corventis, Inc, is focused solving numerous cardiovascular unmet needs and is funded by Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, Mohr-Davidow Ventures and DAG Ventures. Sapphire Therapy Inc is PhiloMetron's second spinout and is developing the novel stenosis management system that improves patency and reduces the cost of vascular graft maintenance. PhiloMetron's third spinout is developing a novel platform to improve metabolic management in consumer and clinical applications.
