Philosophy Coffee is a coffee roaster in the Chicagoland area. We source the best beans from the highest of altitudes all over the world. We have 20+ year relationships with plantations and growers to ensure our specific crop. We always buy direct from origin, never from a warehouse. We pride ourselves in consistency, blending specific coffee beans to keep each cup of coffee the same. Our high quality beans have more flavor and higher acidity. We use scientific methods such as moisture and roast measurements to ensure consistency. Our blends take the name of philosophers such as Voltaire, Rousseau, and Balthazar, each with unique flavor profiles to please every palate. Please contact us for a complimentary cupping.
