Phlius Modeling Agency (PMA) is a registered agency in Ghana, we train and manage aspiring and professional models, into advertising & Events Organizing. Our Objectives: To scout, and help people both young and old develop and improve on their talents and promote their talents to the country and the world at large. PMA PROJECTS IN EMPOWERING PERSONS WITH DISABILITY! We have partnered the society of persons living with disability (PSWD) to train and feature interested members in our agency as models, creative directors, designers, photographers,and makeup professionals. It’s our motive, and our social responsibility plan as an agency to help solve major problems, we therefore embark on charity projects basically to discover, empower, and promote persons living with disability for inclusion into modelling, fashion,beauty, and media industry. As been part of our activities, we help them in talent developing and management, also get the unrealized talent opportunities in our community,(both able and Physical, Visual Impaired models) for profitable returns to reduce high rate of unemployment situation in the country. We embark on more of this, engaging persons living with disability in the industry to help enlighten the talents and skills they have, after each batch of training, impacting Knowledge and skills on the various professionals background to serve as great support to people. The following are the professional skills we want to impact on members at no cost to them; A. MODELLING & FASHION JOB. We will train and promote the ones who have the passion and qualities, become Designers, and Models 1. EDITORIAL MODELLING – BILL BOARDS, MAGAZINE 2. FASHION MODELLING – RUNWAYS, PHOTO SHOOTS 3. COMMERCIAL MODELLING – TV/RADIO B. BEAUTICIANS, ACCESSORIES AND FASHION DESIGNERS. Members are trained on the following arts skills: 1. FASHION DESIGNING 2. ACCESSORIES MAKING 3. MAKEUP & PEDICURE 4. CLOTHES MAKING – BATIK
