The company co (investment/founders) are SHIMON BEN CHAI AZULAY (Vice-President and CFO), and GADEAU AUGUSTE KOUAME (President and CEO). To support PHIRECO INVESTMENT lines out of the Philippines, we created a specific program called : S.E.I.L.E.S Program to mean Seminars and Events for Employment and Entrepreneurship Industries, focusing on Local and Export Sales. SEILES Program is implemented through 07 strategic investment and capacity building pillars: EUFAPE for all related to employment and entrepreneurship educations - AFOPAN for all related to Agriculture, Aquaculture, Agribusiness and Food Processing- COPMEXI for all related to Commodities Processing Marketing and Export Investment- HEALTH FOR LOVE for all related to Heal Care Industries- SARENA for all related to Save and Renewable Energies- THICA for all related to Affordable Gated Communities Housing Programs - PHIRECO FINANCES for all related to international trade finance, trade credit insurance, micro finance, funds management, investment banking, etc. The program develops and promote partnerships with public and private sectors entities, banks and financial institutions, business communities from rural to urban sectors.
