Phlex Phitness

Phlex Phitness is a non-profit Fitness Training company that contributes to the advancement of young women through self love, self defense and physical strength and expression while combating anxiety, depression and obesity. Every energized member of our Phitness Phamily is encouraged to become their best selves mentally and physically using exercise to relieve stress and boost confidence. We specialize in training young female athletes from adolescents to college age students in dance, cheer, step and tumbling while encouraging self love and care through healthy eating and good hygiene. We want to mold all of our girls to Phlex everyday by participating in exercise and humbly putting their best foot forward on our PHLEXpressions performance team and everyday life.
