Founded in 2014 by veteran beauty architect Penny Hong, PHM Professional Makeup Services Co, Ltd has been the leader for the cosmetics industry in Macau. PHM pioneered the one-stop cosmetics service shopping experience by providing professional makeup services, as well as beauty architect training services. A wide variety of services are available to meet the needs of individuals to international corporations, including wedding makeup, wedding/engagement photography session makeup, theater character architectural service, body painting, media makeup and cosmetic sales. Its subsidiary PHM Training Center (or Centro de Formação Penny), the first beauty architect training school licensed by the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau of Macau (DSEJ), is one of the approved private training providers under the Continuing Education Development Plan. In 2015, the school became part of the top British vocational qualifications and apprenticeship award group, City and Guilds Quality Academy, providing trainings and professional qualifications for the next generation of outstanding makeup artists.
