Phoenix Building Consultancy encompasses over 29 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from multi-million pound new build, refurbishment and maintenance programmes to small scale defect analysis. Our aim is to maximise the value of property through a combination of efficient and sustainable design, long lifecycles, flexibility of use, effective adaptation and ultimately replacement - summed up by our philosophy of “create”, “renew”, “re-purpose” and “replace”.
