We work with clients to identify the products and the technology that align to your roadmap and visions, creating a business case, selecting and onboarding a system integrator ensuring that you are set up for success. Our business model is that we support you in running the phase and provide the direction and signposts with guidance across the phase allowing you the freedom to execute the activities. We work on draw down days that can be used at any time during the discovery starting with a minimum of 5 days, this allows you the flexibility to use these days when they are needed, weather its with specific challenges or pain points, or with general planning / strategy or the execution of the phase, we provide specialist advise on SAP products and services, options, tools and accelerators to drive the your program which have been used on successful on many previous client project
