Phoenix, LLC offers quality mental health and community services to individuals with developmental disabilities and Community Mental Health which provides the severely mentally ill with day-to-day services in the home and in the community which helps to provide stabilization, crisis stabilization, structure, skill training in areas of independent living, socialization and most importantly, hope to a group that has never experienced it before. Our company is truly the answer to helping those with a mental health diagnosis remain in the community and a part of society. It provides security for both the community and the suffering individual through the development of a therapeutic relationship and training in all areas of life. Individuals have been able to completely turn their lives around and be productive, happy individuals, who have a place to belong and someone to believe in them outside of their immediate family. We serve Roanoke, Botetourt, Franklin, Henry, and Patrick counties as well as Roanoke City, Salem City and Vinton with Outpatient Counseling and Mental Health Skill Building services.
