Cooking has always been a passion of mine. “After my dad passed away from cancer in 2016, I took a leap of faith and leave the corporate world to pursue my passion for cooking.” Family is the most important thing to me by far. My parents are my true inspiration for becoming a chef and creating delicious food made from the heart. The name Phoenix2Egypt is inspired by my greatest gifts, my daughters. They are the fuel that keeps me going. Our goal is to facilitate more than our local market. Food Trucks and Corporate Kitchens are definitely on our menu. We’d love to expand to feed the needs of providing jobs and cater to other chefs and food enthusiasts to help them reach their dreams.
