The Association of Phonosurgeons of India was formed in 2003 with the principal motto of spreading awareness on voice disorders and laryngology. It has grown leaps and bounds over the last 15 years, imparting training to numerous budding and aspiring laryngologists and voice pathologists. It has also emerged as the largest platform for otolaryngologists in the country and beyond, to share their clinical and academic work in the field of laryngology. The Annual conference of the association, “PHONOCON” has gained immense popularity in recent years, owing to its structured academic content and international flavour.
