PhotoDote was born from the vision of Akshat Jain, an alumnus of MCRC, Jamia Millia University, with a Post-Graduate degree in Still Photography and Visual Communication, and a Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication from IP University. Akshat completed his training in 2010 and worked for three years as a successful commercial photographer in New Delhi. A chance opportunity with a friend then introduced him to wedding photography, and he has not looked back since. Through his experience as a wedding photographer for over a decade, Akshat realized the great need for exceptional photographers who also understand how to provide a stress-free experience. He feels a sense of responsibility and takes pride in knowing that his clients consider him to be the best person to capture and preserve the most important celebrations in their lives. Today, Akshat is one of the most well-known names in the photography industry, having won the Sony World Photography Award. He is a visiting faculty member at Shiv Nadar University and has conducted photography workshops with EdTerra Edventures. He now leads a team of creatives, including specialized photographers, cinematographers, and designers, who work towards his vision to provide an authentic, artistic, and modern wedding photography service.
