InBody 570 body composition machine: Analyze your body's composition with our advanced technology. Measure fat, muscle, and extra/intracellular in less than a minute! Trackman Golf Bay Simulator: Let us help you improve your shot with one of our professional golf coaches! Clean and newly equipped facility with towels and a shower before your work day. We also offer a general membership from 6am-7pm Mon-Thu, 6am-5pm Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday, closed Sundays
