By supporting confident and smooth retirement transition journeys, we normalise retirement transitions, bring trust and transparency into this uncomfortable process, and ensure companies plan retirements, succession and knowledge transfer effectively, and employees retire with confidence and purpose. Our mission is to shift paradigms around retirement, turning this life chapter into a purposeful and rewarding period, and not a period of uncertainty and withdrawal. To achieve our vision, we actively spread the word about the importance of preparing for retirement thoroughly, the value companies get from supporting employees' retirement transitions, and the new ways in which retirement is evolving.
