La prima società di personal training nazionale nasce nel 1985 da un idea del Dr. Luciano Gemello, docente di personal training al SUISM di Torino e attuale presidente della società. PHT diventa in poco tempo, grazie ai numerosi corsi di formazione e ad un prestigioso portafoglio clienti, leader del personal training italiano. Nel viene inaugurato il primo PHT Health Corporate Nazionale all’interno dell’azienda Robe Di Kappa a Torino. Negli anni successivi, grazie anche alla supervisione del Dr. Lafdaigui nasce il team di professionisti che quotidianamente dà lustro alla nostra società e che oggi rende Palestre Torino il miglior circuito Piemontese di Health Club.
