We at Phung Horwood are Victoria based independent Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants serving the Greater Victoria Region and other areas of Lower Vancouver Island. We are fully qualified and ready to provide timely and detailed Market Value (IC & I) Appraisals, Insurance Appraisals and Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies). Together we have over 40 years of collective experience in the areas of commercial real estate valuation, financial projection and analysis and construction. We pride ourselves on providing well researched, high quality reports, which are consistent with the standards required by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) as well as the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). Our designated appraisers (AACI, P.App) are local, allowing us to continually monitor the pulse of the Greater Victoria real estate market.
