There are few claims that require documentation be submitted with the claim, therefore, we will request any prescription, notes or exercise logs for those dates of service. Payments from patients, such as deductibles, coinsurance and cash services are collected by your office if you desire. If you would rather not be bothered by insurance verification and benefit details, these can also be customized so that Physical Therapy Billing Services will complete this task and have an up-to-date benefit verification form in your office within 24 hours of the patient's first visit. We will also bill the patient if this is what you are looking for. Professional and customized patient statements are mailed out from our office for your practice or facility. We can even add your company logo. Payments from all insurance companies are received by your office and we receive electronic remittance advice via our system or explanations of benefits from you.
