Craig Soley is both a Physiotherapist with over a decade of’ experience in musculoskeletal therapy and a Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 15 years’ experience. In addition to providing PhysioFit services, Craig is currently the Manager Physical Performance (Physio and S&C) with West Perth Football Club. Craig is a certified ASCA Coach (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) and an RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) internationally certified instructor and has competed as an athlete in the sport of karate for 30 years winning multiple world championships and numerous other national and international titles. Craig knows what it takes to get fit and how to do it safely and effectively. He knows how to train with and around injury and dysfunction and more importantly, when not to.
